SUBJECT: Comments on Transportation Impact Study 3638-3738 Howard Avenue (SDN-001/20) 

We have reviewed the revised transportation impact study report for the above-noted application (“Orchards Subdivision Windsor, Ontario Traffic Impact Study” dated October 2020, by John Tofflemire and Aaron Blata of R.C. Spencer Associates)

This report is a revised version of a report previously submitted for this application (“Orchards Subdivision Windsor, Ontario Traffic Impact Study” dated May 2020, by John Tofflemire and Aaron Blata of R.C. Spencer Associates). Comments were previously provided on the May 2020report (memo dated August 27, 2020). The table below summarizes the comments provided on the May 2020 report and their current status after the review of the October 2020 report.
