Dear Sir/madam;

Good Day!

We are sending this email to you with regards to a proposed Condo and retail space to be built at the corner of North Talbot and Sixth Concession rd.

We moved to this location 6 years ago because of the nice and quiet neighbourhood that is close to where we are working.

Right now this crossing is already busy from 6am till afternoon. A lot of school buses stops at this area because of the many students that lived in this neighbourhood.

This proposition will only make the traffic worse while some concerned citizen are also trying to petition to lower the speed limit at this area which is also due to high volume of pedestrians .

Hoping you could help us out to stop this development that is yet to come.
