• c. There will be and increase in waste storage - Windsor has, in the last few years struggled with waste management. Accordingly, there has been a significani increase in sightings of rats, skunks and other rodents. The occupants of a project of this magnitude will certainly exacerbate the problem.

The residents of our neighborhood currently enjoy living in a safe, quiet and clean area. We desire this to continue. For the above reasons, I respectfully requesi the amendment be denied.

It is my understanding that a Facebook page has been started where many of the neighbors have voiced their concern and disapproval with this proposed amendment.
