7.9. Interim Control By-law Exemption 2020-6 - 1352192 Ontario Ltd - 4810 Walker Road - Ward 9

Adam Szymczak (author) – Senior Planner is available for questions.

Abdul Habib (resident) – 3086 Church St. – does not support the application and has various concerns as such as; pollution, noise, vibration and intends on developing the propertry next to the proposed site.

Tracy Pillon-Abbs (agent) – is available for questions.

Member Gyemi asks if the property is being used for truck storage at this time. Mrs. Pillon-Abbs states there has been a bruden on the operation and the trucks are being stored elsewhere until there is an exemption. Currently there are a few trucks being stored on the property.
