Additionally, Administration concurs with the request for a streamlined process for collection of said fees thereby avoiding the collection of the fees directly from Habitat for Humanity and then requiring the City to refund the amounts approved as a grant in lieu waiver of fees. A streamlined process avoids unnecessary administrative effort.
