4. SITE PLAN
The proposed amendment does not result in a “development” as defined in section 41(1) of the Planning Act and as defined in the City of Windsor Site Plan Control By-law 1-2004. Therefore, the applicant is NOT required to submit an application for Site Plan Approval.
Following a successful outcome of this rezoning application, the lands would be ready for ERCA permit review process and the City’s building permit approval process.
