the east-west portion of Maguire Street. The third new north-south street (Street C - Sutton Ave.) will end in a cul-de-sac and will not connect to Maguire Street to the north. A new road (Street D) south of the new Holburn Street extension will be constructed in a "U" shaped crescent.

The applicant proposes to manage storm water through the construction of a Storm Water Management Facility on Block 87, between lots in the proposed subdivision and lots fronting Howard Avenue. Block 88 is intended to be used as an active transportation corridor that will be connected to development, to the south (Z 021-19 [ZNG-5982] A D E Development & Leasing Corp) and will continue through a City owned block to connect to the intersection of Sandison Street and Clara Avenue.
