Proposal:
The applicants are requesting Draft Approval of an 86 lot Plan of Subdivision being marketed under the name “The Orchards” subdivision. This proposed residential subdivision is located between existing dwellings on Howard Avenue to the west and existing dwellings on Maguire Street to the east. The site is designated Residential in the City of Windsor Official Plan and is zoned Residential District 1.1, with a hold provision requiring that a plan of subdivision be registered and municipal services be available prior to the construction of dwellings (HRD1.1). It is proposed that the Plan of Subdivision will create an extension to the existing Holburn Avenue westerly to Howard Avenue, 3 Streets running north from the new Holburn Street extension. The westerly 2 streets (Street A -Oakridge Ave. and Street B -Farrow Ave.) will eventually connect to
