Sandwich South Planning District Rates
Overall, the calculated residential charge per single detached unit in Sandwich South increased from the current rate of $44,196 to $47,735. This represents an increase of $3,539 or 8% over the current total charge. The calculated non-residential, non-industrial charge increased from the current rate of $174.09 to $212.10. This represents an increase of $38.01 or 22%. These increases are primarily due to construction cost inflation, the identification of additional Sandwich South-related infrastructure costs, and refinements to the area-specific development forecasts.
