Conclusion:
The 2021 budget process has not yet been finalized and therefore the payment schedules for the City of Windsor funded agencies, as outlined above, cannot be completed. Payments to these agencies up to a maximum of 50% of their 2020 approved budget would assist in avoiding any financial difficulties that they may experience and would also allow for Council to make further adjustments to their budgets prior to the finalization of the 2021 budget.
