2.0 SITE AND SURROUNDING LAND USES

2.1 Legal Description and Ownership

The Site is made up of one (1) parcel located on the west side of McEwan Avenue near the intersection of University Avenue West.

The Site is legally described as Pt Lot 7 Plan 312 Windsor, as in R1105151, City of Windsor and locally known as 333 McEwan Avenue, Windsor, Ontario.

The Site currently has an existing residential structure with two (2) units. Parking is located at the rear (see Figure 1a – Air Photo and Figure 1b – Street View).
