User Education Operator(s) must educate customers on how to use services, proper riding behaviour, how to operate and park bicycles and e-scooters, helmet laws. An education plan must be provided and show education plan will be delivered, including attendance at public meetings and community events to provide education and support to users.
Transit Integration Operator(s) is/are encouraged to incorporate the capability to integrate payment an access systems with Transit Windsor.Special parking arrangements are to be considered in collaboration with Transit Windsor and the City of Windsor in transportation hubs.
