Thank you for the information, I only have one question and it is about the possible increase in traffic.
I live at 8475 Wyandotte Street East which directly across the street.
I have observed several almost accidents of cars and people going and leaving the strip mall. Presently there is approx. 75 cars in the parking lot, and thier is a new large business going shortly.
Proposed new 5 storey building: 81 parking spots.
Proposed new 5 storey building next door: 81 parking spots (I do not know the exact number). They will be using common driveway to our building.
Our building (8475) has approx. 60 parking spots.
There will a total of 242 parking spots plus the Mall ???????
Adam Szymczak, has already sent me the information and I am in favour of this development.
All I ask is that someone review the increase in traffic, the driveways and its future effect.
I am will to meet or talk to anyone regarding this
