Please take these issues into consideration as you discuss this proposal & I honestly hope you will deny this proposal.

This company should have addressed their requested proposal changes BEFORE they purchased the property & not just expect the neighborhood to accept it.

I would also like a report of your decision emailed to me please & thank you.
