1    By-law________has the following purpose and effect:

To amend the zoning of the land located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Baseline Road and 7th Concession Road, described as Pt Lot 16, Concession 7, Sandwich East, and further described as PART 2, 12R16823, by changing the zoning from Hamlet Commercial (B/L 85-18) to Commercial (B/L 8600).

To allow a 4-storey hotel development with 87 guest rooms proposed on the subject land.
