Transit Windsor has no objections to this development. We currently have transit service on Erie with bus stops at Marion. These bus stops are approximately 150 metres away from this property falling within our 400 metre walking distance to a bus stop guideline. This service will be maintained with our new approved transit master plan.

The Windsor Police Service has no objections, and in fact, fully supports the proposed amendment to the Zoning By-Law. The redevelopment of the former institutional land use into a residential use seems quite appropriate in terms of being situated within an existing/established residential neighbourhood.
