• (2) The repair of a building or structure lawfully existing on the day of the passing of this By-Iaw in order to comply with an order issued pursuant to the Property Standards By-Iaw No. 147—201 1.

4. That was any conflict exists between the provisions of this By-iaw and any other By-law of the Corporation of the City of Windsor, this prevails.

5. This by-law shall come into force and take effect on the day of the final passing thereof.
