The immediate employment impactof the Project is as follows:

The newfacility is planned as a new “stand alone” structure - - rather than an expansion to a existing facility. Serving as centralized office it has been planned to accommodate 90 ppl. addressing current and future needs.

Theoffice expansionwill result in the immediate transfer of 55 staff. The Head Quarter office will accommodatein excessof 75 persons.If this facility is constructed elsewhere, at least 65 of thesejobswill follow and to the ultimate location selected. In addition to the short term construction jobs, this expansion is intended to support and help to secure the over 550 jobscurrently within the Windsorlocation as well as enhance the opportunity for independent ongoing factory support activities throughout the group. The vast majority of our supplier base for outside factory support is Windsor based.

NARMCOhasconsistently invested in Windsorandis desirous of continuing to do so. However, NARMCO competesin a world marketand, in order to continue to thrive and grow must makethe best economic decision available.

Hence, we ask for this support from the City of Windsor, which, if granted, will ensure that this Project would commit the NARMCO World Headquarters, is constructed in Windsor, our home.
