SUFFICIENT SUPPLY6.4.2.1 Council shall designate a sufficient supply of appropriately located Industrial and Business Park lands to meet the projected 20 year employment demands.
ATTRACT BUSINESS
6.4.2.2 Council shall encourage businesses and industries to locate and expand in Windsor.
CITY PARTICIPATION
6.4.2.3 Council shall facilitate economic investment by:
- planning and developing Industrial and Business Park areas;
- participating in the development or redevelopment of strategic areas of Windsor;
