The Economic and Operational statistics in Appendix B of the Variance Report (pp.121-122 of the agenda) show a declining trend in electricity usage, and an increasing gas consumption trend. I saw no graph showing Windsor’s greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) trend. There is also no indication whether the positive electricity trend is in line with targets.
