Dear Clerk,

Please add my email letter below to Friday's Agenda for the Mayor and Councillors' Monday Council Meeting.

I am asking to defer all NON-ESSENTIAL projects (eg. Celestial Beacon) because of the economic impact/loss of revenue short term and long term due to COVID-19.

More studies need to be done to choose the appropriate site for the streetcar. More studies need to be done to design the beacon.

Assumption Park parking is always full at peak times with overload parking at Atkinson Park --where will the parking be for the commercial 'special events'?

Some sculptures and stone steps need attention. What about their care?
