A core premise of our strategic direction is that the electricity service model is in the midst of significant transformation — taking on a more decentralized, customer-centric, technologically advanced and environmentally sustainable form. That is why the Boards of Directors, in 2019, renewed this mission with the added priority of ensuring that our business remains "sustainable". Sustainability means different things to different people.
