Conclusion:
In accordance with the pollution control strategy set out in the Windsor Riverfront Pollution Control Planning Study and subject to completion and acceptance of Class Environmental Assessment, the recommended solution for CSO control along Windsor’s riverfront west of Caron Avenue is the construction of one RTB together with a new CSO interceptor sewer.
