• In subsequent discussions over the winter, staff and the owners have extensively discussed the features to be re-established on the building.
• The Owners have agreed on all features to be re-instated with the exception that they do not want to remove new roof and the sub-floor as directed by city staff;

• With the cumulative affect of all the present changes to the elevation and the re- establishment of all features noted above, the front façade of the building will look like the front façade in the designation picture (slide 2 above);
• The Owners are asking Council to approve the Heritage Alteration permit and allow for the glass railing as well as the retention of the new roof and the subfloor;
