• To owners preserve proceeded the house to remove and stop and further replace water windows damage, and through doors that their had contractor, experienced the flood damage. During the replacement of the roof and the addition of the subfloor, it was determined that modifications were required to the scallops and parapets to remove damage and to prevent additional water damage.

• Once aware of their errors in proceeding without necessary permits, the owners worked with City staff to determine what building features were important to re-instate the heritage features significant to this structure.
