designed the Inclusive Nutrition Standards of Care for individuals with disabilities, families, caregivers, and professionals. The main themes of the Standards have been identified by a statewide interview process with families, group home leaders, direct support professionals, and individuals with disabilities. The Inclusive Standards can be found on the Center's website: NutritionAndDisability.org. Standards can be referred to as a guide on how to begin a personal health journey and how to support loved ones in their journey.

The Health Insurance Navigator Program (800-355-0271) provides support to all New Jerseyans seeking health insurance information, education, and step-by-step guidance in acquiring health insurance. Certified Navigators can assist with the application process, submitting additional documents, connecting families with provider directories, and everything in between. FRN's Navigators are bilingual and can be requested in the following languages: Spanish, Russian, and Lithuanian.

The Get FIT initiative (609-392-4900) is partially funded by the Inclusive Healthy Communities (IHC) Grant Program and the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDS). The IHC grant funding is assisting the Get FIT Coalition in developing inclusive health communities. The Get FIT Coalition has brought together community partnerships to guide local organizations through: the adoption of inclusive processes and programs that are inclusive of people with disabilities—such as the development of inclusive community gardens and the development of healthy groups homes; planning and implementing lasting strategies through the provision of CEU's and interdisciplinary professional education opportunities that will increase the capacity of the professional field to support inclusive health outcomes through collaboration. Also, advancing sustainable practice, systems and environmental change through the development, implementation, evaluation and dissemination of the Get FIT Scorecard – an inclusive health outcomes assessment tool for the identification of effective practices and policies.

Get FIT @ Rowan is currently accepting registrations for the 10

week fitness program starting in February 2022. Persons with disabilities and their caregivers are invited to participate up to four days a week, exercising one-on-one with a Rowan fitness trainer during a lunchtime or early evening session Mondays through Thursdays in the fully-equipped fitness lab in James Hall. Participants attend the same days and times each week for one hour. The cost is $30 per person for the entire 10-week program and scholarships are available for those unable to pay.

Rowan will also host weekly Snack, Chill & Chat virtual Zoombased sessions every Friday from 4 - 5 p.m., beginning in February 2022. Participants join each week from their own kitchens to make a tasty and healthy snack recipe with their instructor and other participants. They receive by email a simple recipe ingredient list the week prior and have the ingredients ready at the start of the session. In addition to preparing and eating the snack together, participants enjoy a lively nutrition-based game and conversation with each other. It's like a healthy, virtual "happy hour" to start the weekend!
