WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, OPPOSE THE GRANTING OF THE ABOVE-NOTED BYLAW AMENDMENT. AS WELL WE OPPOSE THE INCREASE IN HEIGHT REQUEST. WE BELIEVE THIS LAND SHOULD BE KEPT IN ITS CURRENT ZONING AND THE BUILDING OF ANY STRUCTURE ON THIS SITE SHOULD BE SINGLE DETACHED RESIDENTIAL DWELLINGS COMPARABLE TO THE SURROUNDING RESIDENCES IN DESIGN AND VALUE.
