Proposed Amendments

Permit a building without direct access to a municipal road and municipal servicing;

Permit parking spaces on an adjacent lot;

Decrease the required separation area between a building and an interior lot line to 0m.

• The proposed severance line is identified by the red line;

• An easement will be registered in favour of the residential building for recipricol access, parking, and servicing between the rest of the development site.
