Proposed Amendments
Permit a building without direct access to a municipal road and municipal servicing;
Permit parking spaces on an adjacent lot;
Decrease the required separation area between a building and an interior lot line to 0m.

An easement will be registered in favour of the residential building for recipricol access, parking, and servicing between the rest of the development site.
