Recommendation:

  1. THAT By-law 103-20 (Residential Interim Control By-law) BE AMENDED To exempt that portion of Part of Lot 127, Concession 2, known municipally as 3129 Lauzon Road; subject to rezoning Z-025/20 ZNG/6173;

  2. THAT an amendment to City of Windsor Zoning By-law 8600 BE APPROVED , changing the zoning of Part of Lot 127, Concession 2, known municipally as 3129 Lauzon Road; from Residential District 1.1 (RD1.1) to Residential District (RD) 2.5, with the following additional site specific regulations:

i. Lot Area – Minimum – 15,000 m2

ii. Interior Side Yard – where a habitable room window of any dwelling unit faces a side lot line- Minimum – 20m
