Although the table above provides estimated ineligible costs by project it is recommended that the Senior Manger of Asset Planning, develop a process for the allocation of the $750,000 to projects as required. This position is responsible for grant management as well as the capital budget and capital variance. As such it is in a unique position to ensure compliance with grant funding requirements as well as capital project funding. This will also help to manage any risk of delays with awarding tenders and or completing other work which will be critical to ensure projects do not experience delays putting their completion of December 31, 2021 at risk.
