SCHEDULE 2

1. By-law_______has the following purpose and effect:

To amend the zoning of Registered Plan 683 W PT Lot 1 ROW; Over S PT Lot 9 (municipally known as 1223-1233 University Avenue West), as follows: 

  1. A dwelling unit on the main floor and/or in the basement shall be an additional permitted use and, that for the additional permitted use, no additional amenity area and no additional parking space are required.
  2. Number of Dwelling Units – maximum – 8

and placing an H symbol on the subject parcel that shall be removed when certain conditions are completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer.
