The average salary increases for the participating transit organizations in 2017 was 1.7%. The average salary increases in 2018 for participating transit organizations was 2.0%. Transit Windsor’s increases are given in two stages. 1% in April and 1% in October for 2017 and in 2018, 1% in April and 1.25% in October.

Transit Windsor requires retroactive increases for 2017 of approximately 5.4% and a 0% increase for 2018 to meet a 50% pay policy. 0% is required in 2018 because once retro active 2017 payments are made to salaries; these increases once applied to the 2018 survey are enough to push the percentile ranking to above the 50th percentile in 2018.
