Permits a minimum of 1 loading space on the subject site.
A revised Traffic Impact Study (TIS) was not completed for the updated application. The proposed multiple dwelling residential use represents a less intensive use than the commercial uses that were originally envisioned. Trip generation is anticipated to decrease from the original analysis which will reduce the impacts to the surrounding residential areas.
In consultation, the proposed amendments to the original application are minor in nature and the amended accompanying Planning Justification Report supports the latest proposal and requested site specific CD1.12 zoning provisions.
