AGREEMENTS
- 11.7.2.8 All applicants will normally enter into one or more agreements which the City may register on title in accordance with the Planning Act. All applicants shall be required to post security to the Municipality to ensure the conditions of the site plan control agreement(s) are fulfilled. (Added by OPA #66 11/05/07-B/L209-2007)
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
- 11.7.2.9 The approval authority may attach such conditions as it deems appropriate to the approval of an application in accordance with the Planning Act. Such conditions may include, but are not limited to the following: (Added by OPA #66 11/05/07-B/L209-2007)
- A gratuitous land dedication at no expense to the municipality for highway widening and intersection improvements in accordance with section 7.2.6 of this Plan;
- The conveyance of property for daylighting triangles and corner roundings in accordance with the City of Windsor Development Standards;
