15.2.3 PROHIBITED USES

A Gas Bar and a Service Station is prohibited on any lot located within 63.50 m of the east or west limits of Sandwich Street between Detroit Sweet and Brock Street or within 30.0 m of the south limit of Mill Street between Russell Street and Sandwich Street.
