24.22 VISITOR PARKING SPACE PROVISIONS

24.221 REQUIRED VISITOR PARKING SPACES
.1 For a Townhome Dwelling without an attached garage or carport, Multiple Dwelling with a minimum of five dwelling units, or Dwelling Units in 3 Combined Use Building, a minimum of 15 percent of parking spaces shall be marked as visitor parking.
.5 If the calculation of the mtmber of visitor parking spaces results in a mlmber containing a fraction, the number shall be rounded DOWN to the nearest whole number, but in no case shall then: be lass than om visitor parking space and one required parking space.

24.26 LOCATION Of PARKING, VISITOR PARKING OR ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES
.1 For all dwellings or dwelling units in a combined use building. all required parking spaces, visitor puking spaces and accessible patting spaces shall be located on the same lot as the dwellings or dwelling units they are intended to serve.
