For lands abutting properties zoned Commercial CD2.1: $172.22 per square metre without easements and $86.11 per square metre with easements, deed and survey costs included. For lands abutting properties zoned Institutional ID1.1, as the abutting property is not an operating school, $26.90 per square metre without easements and $13.45 per square metre with easements, plus deed preparation fee and proportionate share of the survey cost as invoiced to The Corporation of the City of Windsor by an Ontario Land Surveyor. |
