1.48.2 Notwithstanding the “Mixed Use” designation, section 6.9.2.1 Permitted Uses and section 6.9.2.2 (a) Form of Mixed Use Areas of the Official Plan, Volume 1: The Primary Plan, “small scale Low Profile residential development” and “residential uses at grade level” shall be additional permitted uses on the subject property within the existing building.

E.   IMPLEMENTATION:

  1. Amend the City of Windsor Official Plan, Volume 1: The Primary Plan, Schedule A: Planning Districts & Policy Areas to add the following Special Policy Area

    a. South of University Ave W and West of Wellington Ave

  2. This amendment shall be implemented through amendment to the Zoning By-Law 8600 as recommended in Report Number S153/2020 (Z-024/20; ZNG/6169).
