The Site is flat and is outside the regulated area of the Essex Region Conservation Authority (ERCA).
2.2.5 Other Physical Features
The property is currently fenced for separation between the neighbors and the commercial use to the rear. There is a sidewalk on the northeast side of the dwelling.
There is an alley to the rear of the property that abuts a parking lot for a business fronting on Campbell Avenue. This alley comes off of McEwan Ave and is used for rear parking access to the Site.

The Site has access to transit, with the nearest bus stops northwest of the Site at University Ave W and Cameron Ave and northeast at University Ave W and Curry Ave along the Transway 1C Westbound route.
