2.2 Physical Features of the Site

2.2.1 Size and Site Dimension

The Site consists of a total area of approximately 315.83 square metres (3,399.63 square feet). It has approximately 10.15 m (33.33 ft) of frontage on McEwan Ave with a 31.08 m (102 ft) of depth.

The Site currently has a residential dwelling with two (2) units. There is one 3.23 m2 (34.72 ft 2) accessory structure located in the rear of the Site along with a parking area accessible from an alley.
