Proposal:

The applicant is requesting the approval of a Draft Plan of Condominium. The applicant proposes that 10 new units be added to the existing Condominium Multiple Dwelling. 737 Ouellette was converted from Rental tenure to Condominium in 2016. (CDM 007/09). Skyline Real Estate Holdings Inc has converted underutilized common space and oversized units to 10 new residential Dwelling Units. For these units to be registered as condominium units, Skyline must receive Municipal approval. No other changes are proposed.

The subject site was subject to a successful application for condominium conversion (CDM 007/09) and is Registered as Plan of Condominium (ECP-169)
