Adam Szymczak – Senior Planner is available for questions via teleconference for the Development and Heritage Standing Committee.
Member Rondot states that according to the map, there is residental housing on Kamloops Street north and south and a property buffer east of the site. Member Rondot asks if the property will be a residentel development or meant to stay as green space buffer. Mr. Szymczak states the parcel to the east is zoned industrial, which is the same as the subect property. It is not a buffer for residental or green space.
Member Rondot asks for a friendly amendment to Option B, that Site Plan Control requests that the owner add a 5 meter tree buffer on the eastern portion of the propoerty.
