BY - LAW NUMBER -2020

A BY-LAW TO FURTHER AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 8600 CITED AS THE "CITY OF WINDSOR ZONING BY-LAW" Passed the day of   , 2020.

WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to further amend By-law Number 8600 of the Council of The Corporation of the City of Windsor, cited as the "City of Windsor Zoning By-law" passed the 31st day of March, 1986, as heretofore amended:

THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the City of Windsor enacts as follows:

1. By-law Number 8600 is further amended by amending the Zoning District Map identified in Column 2 so that the zoning district of the Lands Affected described in Column 3 shall be changed from that shown in Column 5 to that shown in Column 6:

2. That subsection 1 of Section 20, of said bylaw, is amended by adding the following paragraph:

390. SOUTHEAST CORNER OF MARION AVENUE AND NIAGARA STREET

For the lands comprising N Pt Lot 66, Lots 67 to 75, S Pt Lot 75, Registered Plan 575; the following additional provisions shall apply to an existing building:

a) Front Yard Depth – minimum As Existing
b) Rear Yard Depth – minimum As Existing
c) Side Yard Width – minimum As Existing

3. Schedule ‘A’ of said by-law is amended by changing the Zoning District Maps identified in Column

2 so that the lands described in Column 3 are delineated by a broken line and identified by the zoning symbol shown in Column 5:
