Conclusion:
Approving the exemption is premature in that it may allow a use - a Transport Terminal - that is not compatible with sensitive land uses to the west. Administration is recommending that the request to exempt the property at 2445 Sydney Avenue from the provisions of Interim Control By-law 78-2019 be denied.
