• (b) Construction and conveyance of a pedestrian and cycling connection be provided from the existing north limit of Block 32, Plan 12M-440 directly through to the north limit of Part 1, 12R-27680, and

• (c) that (a) or (b) be designed to the satisfaction of the City Planner and City Engineer;

iii. A Transportation Impact Study suitable in form and content be provided, and any mitigation measures required in that Study be included in the Site Plan Control Agreement, all to the satisfaction of the City Planner;

iv. Registration of a Site Plan Control Agreement.
