The proposed Transport Terminal is compatible with surrounding properties and no additional mitigations measures are required.
Administration recommends that Interim Control By-law 78-2019 be amended by adding a clause that Interim Control By-law 78-2019 does not apply to the lands known municipally as 3690 Munich Court.
