Table Description (Page 10-13)

Table 2 & 3, Column 1 shows Windsor’s current salaries per position.

Table 2 & 3, Column 2 shows the Position Match for each position. This is the number of viable matches found for each position.

Table 2 & 3, Columns 3 shows the median or 50 th percentile. This is defined in the appendix.

Table 2 & 3, Column 4, 5, and 6 shows the 25th, 65 th and 75 th percentile for each data set. This provide a perspective to the width of the data range.

Table 2 & 3, Column 7 shows the mean or the average salary of the salary range. The mean when compared to the median data shows if the data range is skewed high or low. In Windsor’s survey the mean and median for each survey position generally fall within a few thousand dollars of each other, showing an even distribution of salary data.

Table 2 & 3, Column 8 shows the percentile ranking of Windsor’s salary within the comparator data set. (See Appendix B – page 18 for an explanation of how this is determined)

Table 2 & 3, Column 9 and 10 shows how close Windsor’s salary is to the median in dollars and the dollar amount as a percentage change.
