Given our retirement forecasting within the next five years, the implementation of succession planning, attraction of new hires and retention of our current workforce has become critical continuing to maintain wages at no less than the 50 th percentile is an additional approach to assist the Corporation with our efforts. The next salary market review will commence in 2021 to review 2019 and 2020.
