way radio and provide an assessment of the situation including details of the location and the nature of accident and provide an assessment as to whether or not there is a possibility that anyone may be injured.

If not already in place, the bridge traffic person shall take an Ambassador Bridge vehicle with flashing lights to the scene of accident and/or spill and set up a containment around the accident/spill vehicle which will allow the emergency response vehicles and environmental cleanup to take place. Any remaining roadway will be used to move traffic if it can be done safely.

In the case of a spill, the escort vehicle will communicate directly with the Command Center and determine based on the paperwork filled out prior to crossing, how to maximize containment of the product leaking until the environmental companies arrive on site. Appropriate equipment/materials will
