In accordance with the City of Windsor’s Wireless Telecommunication Facilities Consultation process please accept this Site Plan Control Application to facilitate the review and issuance of concurrence for the proposed telecommunication facility.
TELUS is proposing installation of a 35m lattice, tri-pole self-support telecommunication facility (tower) with panel-style antennas, an approximate 70 sq. m. tower compound with a ±8.91 sq. m. equipment shelter and a ±2.4m tall chain-link security fence topped with barbed wire surrounding the compound. The proposed telecommunications facility will provide enhanced wireless service and capacity to the area, supporting personal and business communications and public access to emergency services. Payment will be made separately by TELUS.
